About AXOL

Engineering, data and reliability for critical assets.

AXOL is a scientific and technological deep tech startup that develops SaaS solutions for health management, risk assessment and performance of critical assets in the electric and industrial sectors.

Scope

Predictive models to anticipate failures and guide maintenance.

AXOL Engineering is a scientific and technological startup that develops solutions for asset management and maintenance engineering using stochastic processes and preventive reliability (risk analysis).

AXOL solutions consist of new mathematical models with proprietary embedded AI in a software as a service (SaaS) platform used to manage multiple assets. These models perform quantitative operational risk analyses using advanced multi-state reliability techniques, delivering new performance KPIs (N1 to N5) for asset management.

The new analysis models also help extend useful life, because reliability assessment aims to anticipate a potential failure as early as possible (P-F interval) before it becomes a functional failure (loss of function). In addition, KPIs can support decision-making to improve maintenance planning, optimize OPEX and CAPEX costs, track the entire asset life cycle more accurately and identify variables outside established ranges.

The solutions also include functional requirements such as reports on asset health status, operational risk assessment, spare asset management and probabilized cost calculation, as well as ranking assets by criticality.
